- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Add all the main ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. If you are using any optional mix-ins, stir them in now, or sprinkle toppings on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Baking time can vary by oven, so check around 25-30 minutes if it's your first time making this recipe.
- Let the banana bread cool completely before slicing and serving.
- Store the banana bread in an airtight container on the counter for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
