- Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon. Sprinkle in half of the taco seasoning and mix well. Continue cooking until the beef is browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the salsa, slowly pour in the beef broth, and mix well. Cover and cook until simmering, 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the frozen corn and the remaining taco seasoning. Return to a simmer, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes more, stirring once halfway through.
- Stir once more, remove from heat, and serve hot.
