Notes

Optional but Recommended: To prevent frozen drinks from separating, add a tiny pinch of xanthan gum. Notes on Sweeteners: My blend of xylitol, erythritol, and stevia is twice as sweet as sugar. To substitute Swerve or Lakanto Monk Fruit, use 1.5 times the amount. To substitute Pyure or Trim Healthy Mama Super Sweet, use half the amount. Substitutions work in most recipes, but may not work in candies.
