Air Fryer Donut Holes

Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough such as Pillsbury Grands
For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the Glaze
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Small Spoon or Piping Bag

Method
 

  1. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon for the coating.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Place the biscuit pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches.
  5. Air fry for 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. While the donut holes are still warm, brush them with the melted butter.
  7. Toss the buttered donut holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a sweeter glaze, you can mix powdered sugar with a little milk or water and drizzle it over the donut holes after coating them in cinnamon sugar.
