- Combine ground oats, mashed banana, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, and milk in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes
