Method
- Squeeze some caramel sauce into the bottom of your glass, just enough to cover the bottom.
- Add 2 pumps of vanilla syrup.
- Add milk.
- Fill your glass with ice about 3/4 of the way.
- Add both shots of espresso.
- Fill any remaining room at the top of your glass with ice.
- Squeeze caramel sauce on top, to taste.
- Stir and enjoy your homemade iced caramel macchiato!
Notes
This recipe is easily customizable. Feel free to adjust the amount of vanilla syrup and caramel sauce to your preference. You can also experiment with different types of milk to find your favorite combination.
