Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

Start your day with these easy cinnamon roll overnight oats. They are perfect for meal prep and taste like a cinnamon roll.

Ingredients
  

For the Oats
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk any kind
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a jar or container. Stir well to combine.
  2. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  3. In the morning, stir the oats. If they are too thick, add a splash more milk.
  4. If using, mix the softened cream cheese and maple syrup together until smooth. Dollop on top of the oats.
  5. Enjoy cold.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness to your preference. Feel free to add other toppings like chopped nuts or a sprinkle of extra cinnamon.
