  • 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce any kind
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 ounce sliced pepperoni

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425℉.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Mix well. Transfer this mixture to an oven-safe single-serve container.
  3. Top the mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 425℉ for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
