- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook for another 5 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the cooked egg noodles and serve hot.

You can garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
