Method
- Prepare your ice cream maker by freezing the bowl according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Set up your ice cream maker and turn it on.
- Pour the Greek yogurt into the ice cream maker. Let it churn for 8-10 minutes, or until it reaches a creamy and cold consistency, but not completely frozen.
- If you are using plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt, prepare a simple syrup. In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup half and half with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Whisk this mixture into the Greek yogurt before churning.
- Serve the frozen yogurt immediately with your favorite toppings.

Notes
For the best frozen yogurt texture, serve it directly after churning. If you freeze it after churning, it may become icy.
Ice cream maker performance can vary. Your machine might need more or less time to achieve the desired consistency. Similarly, your freezer's temperature can affect freezing speed.
