  • 3 Tablespoons sugar

Method
 

  1. Prepare your ice cream maker by freezing the bowl according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  4. If you are using plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt, prepare a simple syrup. In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup half and half with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Whisk this mixture into the Greek yogurt before churning.
  5. Serve the frozen yogurt immediately with your favorite toppings.
