Equipment

  • Baking sheet

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place one pretzel square on the parchment paper. Top with another pretzel square, creating a sandwich.
  3. Repeat with the remaining pretzel squares.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips according to package directions. Stir until smooth.
  5. Dip the top half of each pretzel sandwich into the melted white chocolate, letting any excess drip off.
  6. Place the dipped pretzels back onto the parchment paper.
  7. Immediately sprinkle the white nonpareils over the wet chocolate.
  8. Melt the blue candy melts according to package directions. Drizzle over some of the white chocolate-dipped pretzels.
  9. Sprinkle with blue nonpareils.
  10. Melt the red candy melts according to package directions. Drizzle over the remaining white chocolate-dipped pretzels.
  11. Sprinkle with red nonpareils.
  12. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  13. Once set, your festive pretzel treats are ready to serve.

Notes

You can also use milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips for dipping. For a different look, you can use colored melting wafers instead of candy melts.
