Fourth of July Berry Popsicles

Ingredients
  

For the Popsicles
  • 2 cups Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Sugar or to taste
  • 1/4 cup Water or more, if needed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Equipment

  • blender
  • Popsicle molds

Method
 

  1. Combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sugar, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice and blend again briefly.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  5. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.

Notes

You can adjust the sugar to your preference. For a less sweet popsicle, reduce the sugar. If you prefer a sweeter treat, add more.
