Method
- Combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sugar, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and blend again briefly.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.
Notes
You can adjust the sugar to your preference. For a less sweet popsicle, reduce the sugar. If you prefer a sweeter treat, add more.
