Frozen Watermelon Lemonade

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
  • 1/2 cup water or more, to reach desired consistency
  • 2 tablespoons sugar optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes optional, for extra frostiness

Method
 

  1. Combine the frozen watermelon, thawed lemonade concentrate, water, and optional sugar in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. If you prefer a frostier drink, add the ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, use a non-alcoholic lemonade concentrate. You can also garnish with fresh mint or a slice of watermelon.
