  • 1.5 pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 whole lemon cut into wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss well to combine.
  3. Place the shrimp on the prepared baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. For a crispier finish, you can turn on the broiler for the last 2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  5. Remove from the oven. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes
