Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes cut into 1-inch cubes
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
To Finish
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer size.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and crispy.
  5. Transfer the cooked potatoes to a clean bowl. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, if using. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy potatoes, ensure they are dry before tossing with oil and seasonings. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
