- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, chopped hard-boiled eggs, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, and diced avocado.
- Top the salad with the sliced grilled chicken.
