- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 5 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Notes
You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade for a little heat. Serve with rice or a salad for a complete meal.
