Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade for a little heat. Serve with rice or a salad for a complete meal.
