Method
- Sift your matcha powder to ensure it is lump-free.
- Spoon the sifted matcha into a large mug. Add the hot water and whisk briskly in an up-and-down motion until frothy, about 30 seconds. Add the warmed coconut milk and whisk until well combined.
- Taste the latte and adjust with additional water, coconut milk, or sweetener to your preference.
Notes
You can use light coconut milk for a less rich latte, or full-fat coconut milk for a richer taste.
