Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls

Flaky crescent roll dough stuffed with gooey melted cheese and spicy pepperoni. This recipe uses only 4 ingredients and is quick to make.

Ingredients
  

For the Rolls
  • 8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls 8 count package
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 32 slices small pepperoni
  • 1.5 teaspoons Italian seasoning divided

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unwrap the crescent roll dough. Gently unroll it onto a cutting board or clean work surface. Separate the dough into 8 triangles.
  3. Spread 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the 8 dough triangles. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning over the cheese.
  4. Place 3-4 pepperoni slices on each crescent roll triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle, starting from the widest end. Place the rolled dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown. Serve warm, with heated pizza sauce or marinara for dipping if you like.
