Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 24 Oreos cookies crushed
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
For the Filling
  • 2 packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • 10 Oreos cookies chopped

Equipment

  • 9-inch springform pan
  • Food processor
  • Electric mixer
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream.
  4. Stir in the chopped Oreos.
  5. Spread the filling evenly over the crust.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Garnish with extra crushed Oreos or chocolate shavings if desired.
