- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream.
- Stir in the chopped Oreos.
- Spread the filling evenly over the crust.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Garnish with extra crushed Oreos or chocolate shavings if desired.
