  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 (2.8-ounce) can French fried onions divided

  • to taste ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a 1.5-quart casserole dish, combine the drained green beans, condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the French fried onions.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the mixture is heated through and bubbly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining French fried onions on top. Return the dish to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to your preference. Let the green beans rest for a few minutes before serving.
