- Prepare the balsamic glaze: In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Arrange the burrata cheese balls on a large platter. Distribute the sliced peaches around the burrata.
- Scatter the torn basil leaves and toasted pine nuts over the peaches and burrata.
- Drizzle the cooled balsamic glaze generously over the entire platter.
- Chill the platter for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
Serve immediately after chilling. You can also add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt for extra flavor.
