Method
- In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Add the chopped peaches on top of the oat mixture.
- In a small bowl, mix the chopped nuts, brown sugar, and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the peaches.
- Seal the jar or container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
- Stir before serving. Enjoy your peach crisp overnight oats.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness to your preference. If using frozen peaches, you do not need to thaw them first.
