Ingredients
  

For the Oats
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
For the Peach Crisp Topping
  • 1/2 cup Chopped fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1 tbsp Chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Butter melted

Method
 

  1. In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  2. Add the chopped peaches on top of the oat mixture.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the chopped nuts, brown sugar, and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the peaches.
  4. Seal the jar or container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving. Enjoy your peach crisp overnight oats.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness to your preference. If using frozen peaches, you do not need to thaw them first.
