Ingredients
  

For the Brie
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese about 8 ounces
For the Peaches and Pecans
  • 2 ripe peaches pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For Serving
  • 1 bag baguette sliced

  • Small skillet

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the wheel of brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small skillet, toast the chopped pecans over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Arrange the sliced peaches around the brie on the baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle the peaches and brie with honey. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the brie is softened and warm.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the toasted pecans over the brie and peaches.
  8. Serve immediately with sliced baguette for dipping.

Notes

You can substitute other nuts like walnuts or almonds for the pecans. If peaches are not in season, you can use sliced apples or pears.
