Ingredients
  

Smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk or water
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for added sweetness

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen peaches, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) into your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

You can use fresh peaches, but add a few ice cubes for a colder smoothie.
