- Stovetop Method: Combine Velveeta, milk, and hot sauce in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until cheese is melted and smooth. Stir in more hot sauce if desired.
- Slow Cooker Method: Combine Velveeta, milk, and hot sauce in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and smooth. Stir in more hot sauce if desired.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
Notes
This queso dip is best served warm. You can keep it warm in the slow cooker on the 'warm' setting.
