  • 1-2 tablespoons hot sauce such as Frank's Red Hot or Cholula

Method

  2. Slow Cooker Method: Combine Velveeta, milk, and hot sauce in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and smooth. Stir in more hot sauce if desired.
  3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

Notes

This queso dip is best served warm. You can keep it warm in the slow cooker on the 'warm' setting.
