Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing your favorite

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, sliced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour ranch dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, you can add grilled chicken or avocado.
