Method
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken pieces, Buffalo wing sauce, and melted butter. Toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions. This makes them more pliable and easier to wrap.
- Assemble the wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat. Spoon the cooked Buffalo chicken mixture down the center. Top with shredded lettuce, crumbled blue cheese (if using), and diced celery.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom to create your wrap.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy and satisfying meal for two!
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture. You can also add other favorite wrap fillings like diced tomatoes or red onion.
