Notes

To ensure the acai powder dissolves properly, mix it with a small amount of warm water before adding it to the rest of the ingredients. If using green tea, steep it for about 5 minutes to get a stronger flavor without bitterness. For a sweeter drink, add honey, agave, or simple syrup. For a tarter taste, add more lemon juice. Coconut milk can be added for a creamier texture. Leftovers can be stored in a lidded jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Shake well before serving.
