Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Cooking Oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Butter Sauce
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika optional for added flavor
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and optional paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  3. Flip chicken and cook for another 5-6 minutes until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
  4. In a small bowl, mix softened butter and honey.
  5. Reduce heat to low, pour butter-honey mixture over chicken, and spoon sauce over the chicken for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
