Ingredients

For the Scrambled Eggs
  • 2 large eggs freshest available
  • 1 tablespoon milk, plant milk, or water unsweetened almond milk recommended for plant milk
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil or butter for the pan
  • salt to taste

  • Non-stick skillet

Method

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the milk, plant milk, or water. Whisk together until well combined.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet. Let it cook for about 30 seconds without stirring, until the edges begin to set.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Serve immediately.

Notes

The freshness of your eggs significantly impacts the final texture and flavor. Using room temperature eggs can also contribute to a creamier scramble.
