- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish. Season both sides of the chicken with garlic powder, dried minced onion, and salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear. Use an instant-read thermometer to check that the thickest part of the thigh, near the bone, reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Notes
For a lemon-herb variation, toss the chicken thighs with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and the juice of 1 lemon before baking. For a spicy version, add ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper or ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika to the seasoning mix.
