  1. If you are starting with raw meat, cook the meat in a large pot until cooked through. This will be the same pot you use for the pasta.
  2. Add the liquid and pasta to the pot. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. If you are using pre-cooked meat, add it now.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked.
  4. Stir in cheese and any extras.
