Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 large watermelon about 10-12 inches in diameter, rind removed
For the Topping
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries such as blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries

Method
 

  1. Cut the watermelon into a round, pizza-like shape, about 1 inch thick. Place it on a serving platter.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the watermelon base using a spatula.
  4. Arrange the mixed berries over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Chill the fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can add other fruits like kiwi slices, mandarin orange segments, or banana slices. For a different flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon to the cream cheese mixture.
