Ingredients
  

For the Salsa
  • 4 cups Seedless watermelon diced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion finely diced
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and finely minced
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp Salt or to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Pour the fresh lime juice over the mixture.
  3. Season with salt to your preference.
  4. Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.

Notes
