- Place the frozen watermelon cubes, water, lime juice (if using), and sweetener (if using) into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and slushy. Add more water, one tablespoon at a time, if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
To freeze watermelon, cut it into cubes and spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag for storage.
