Method
- Combine the frozen watermelon chunks, water, and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a little more water if the mixture is too thick to blend.
- Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Serve scoops of the watermelon sorbet.
Notes
For a sweeter sorbet, you can add a tablespoon or two of honey or agave nectar before blending.
