Watermelon Sorbet

A simple and refreshing watermelon sorbet made with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients
  

For the Sorbet
  • 4 cups frozen watermelon chunks seedless
  • 1/4 cup water or more, as needed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed

Equipment

  • Freezer-safe container

Method
 

  1. Combine the frozen watermelon chunks, water, and lime juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a little more water if the mixture is too thick to blend.
  3. Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  4. Serve scoops of the watermelon sorbet.

Notes

For a sweeter sorbet, you can add a tablespoon or two of honey or agave nectar before blending.
