Ingredients
  

For the Parfait
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup granola your favorite kind
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional

Equipment

  • Glass or bowl

Method
 

  1. Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of your glass or bowl.
  2. Layer half of the granola and half of the mixed berries over the yogurt.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.

Notes

To keep your parfait crunchy, add the granola just before serving. If you are preparing it ahead of time, store the granola separately and add it when you are ready to eat.
